Size of the Market In addition to the increase in number of Academic institutions and the geographic widespread of their campuses all over UAE, the number of student intake had also a considerable rise over the past few years (e.g. in UAEU, HCT, and ZU) the intake increased from 27696 students in 1999/2000 to 34207 students in 2004/2005. This creates an increasing demand on those institutions to provide high quality research and educational resources for their students and staff alike. This trend is expected to continue, given the increase in number of high school graduates as well as the continuous expansion in the UAE professional job market demand.
