- Reference & Information: assistance in using library catalog, electronic resources, etc
- Circulation: checking out/renewal/reserve of library materials as stated in the KUSTAR circulation policy.
- Document delivery: The library provides periodical articles/conference papers from the British Library through its Document Delivery Service. Books not available in the library can be obtained from the BL through Interlibrary Loan (DD forms).
- Acquisition of references needed for teaching and research programs requested by teaching staff and postgraduates.
- Photocopying: Free self service copying is available in the library
- Current Awareness Service: the library offers Current Awareness Service to the teaching staff as well as the postgraduates
- New Arrivals: Recently acquired collections are circulated online every month to teaching staff and postgraduates.
