The Template

1.      Introduction

This document is a template for submission mobile application reports to Mobile Application Contest 2008 (MAC’2008). Authors are required to follow the formats and styles presented in this sample page. Maximum number of pages is 2. Margins are to be set as follows: all margins are 1 inch. Official font type is 11 pt Times Roman, Line spacing is single. Do not use page numbers and do not use headers or footers. Use Full Justification for paragraphs. All section headers are numbered using Arabic Numerals followed by a period. Use 12 pt, Times Roman, Bold Text. Figures and Tables should be centered and have captions (10 pt Times Roman) and numbered in Arabic numerals starting from (e.g. Figure 1. System architecture.). The introduction section should summarize the objectives of the mobile application and any background details such as benefits or added value.

2. Description of the project

Leave a blank line between Sections. No line Space between Section header and body of section. Leave a blank line between section body and sub-sections. This section should describe the mobile application and any important technical details required to give a full overview about the project. This section is important and in case there will be shortlisting of the applications before the ceremony day the judges will decide on the importance of the project from this section. You can include any Figures or tables to support your case (within the allowed 2 pages).

2.1 Sub-section One

Sub-section header is 12 pt, Times Roman, and Bold. Leave a single blank line between sub-sections.

2.2 Subsection Two

If required you can use sub-subsections. If you choose to do so, follow the same format for subsections.

3. Conclusion

Basically in this section you summarize your work and in particular emphasize the criteria for the contest (originality, usability, quality, and culture focus of the application). Remember this document should be submitted online or as instructed on the web site by 4th of May 2008.
