Guidelines for Applicants

Steps for the Admissions Process

There are 3 stages in the process of applying for a program at KUSTAR.

(1) Submitting your Application

  1. Select the program you wish to apply for.
  2. Check that you have the minimum entry requirements for the program you wish to apply for.
  3. Complete the Application Form on-line.
  4. On submission of your application you will receive an application reference number (ARN), password, and link to your application by e-mail. Note down this information for future enquiries.

(2) Entry Tests / Interview

  1. Short-listed applicants who satisfy the minimum requirements will be notified of date / time to attend the entry test and interview.
  2. Bring all original documentation when you come for the entry test/interview.
  3. Documentation will be checked and if your documentation does not satisfy the minimum entry requirements you will not be permitted to sit the entry tests/interview.
  4. Following the entry tests  your will be interviewed by the admission committee.
  5. You will be notified of the results within 2 weeks of your interview.

(3) Acceptance & Registration

  1. Once you receive an offer from KUSTAR please sign the acceptance letter and send it back to us within one week of the offer date.
  2. After that you need to complete to complete your Medical test and submit any outstanding
    documentation.
  3. You will be advised of the Academic Calendar and date of orientation and Registration.
