A decree to set up the Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research (KUSTAR) has been issued by President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in his capacity as the Ruler of Abu Dhabi (Decree no. 2 for 2007)
