The Program
Khalifa University encourages qualified non-UAE nationals, who would
like to engage in cutting edge research, to enroll on the competitive
postgraduate programs that the University offers. The postgraduate
programs offered at the University lead to MSc and PhD in engineering.
The University has a number of Teaching Assistant scholarships to help
qualified expatriate students enroll on the appropriate postgraduate
program. The scholarships have generous remuneration and benefits.

Eligibility
Applicants must have:
- A Bachelor degree for the Master scholarships
- A Master degree for the Doctorate scholarships
- The required degree from a recognized institution with a minimum GPA
of 3.0 out of 4.0 in a relevant specialization*.
- A minimum TOEFL iBT score of 79 or an IELTS score of 6, or equivalent.
* Relevant specializations include Electrical Engineering, Electronic
Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer
Science, and Information Technology. Candidates with degrees in other
pertinent specializations may also be considered.
