Mr. Farhat has obtained his Master’s degree from Khalifa University (Abu Dhabi, UAE) in 2015, specialized in electrical and computer engineering. He obtained his undergraduate degree in electrical and computer engineering in 2013. He joined Prof. Isakovic Research and Education Group in September 2013, working on modeling, data analysis and design of Magnetic Tunnel Junction devices (MTJ), focusing on Spin-Transfer-Torque Random-Access-Memory (STT-RAM) application. Prior to joining Prof. Isakovic group, he contributed to the memristor studies in Prof. Baker Mohammad group and has gained valuable experience in the senior design project working with Prof. Murat Yapici on low-cost in house lithography system using UV-LEDs.
