The Engineering Students Ethics Competition 2009 (ESEC2009) took place on Thursday, 30th April.  Sponsored by Emirates Advanced Investments (EAI) the day proved to be highly successful for both KUSTAR teams.

Nine engineering student teams participated in the event from five major institutions in the UAE: UAE University, University of Sharjah, American University of Sharjah, Ajman University of Science and Technology and Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research.

 

Congratulations go to both KUSTAR teams who despite tough competition succeeded in winning both 1st and 3rd prizes. The results were:

               FIRST PRIZE: KUSTAR Team 2

               Faisal Al-Hawi , Hassan Al-Amiri, Mohammed Abdullah

               (Supervisor: Prof. Saleh Al-Araji)

               SECOND PRIZE: Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST) Team 1

               Raihana Mumtaj, Parisa Abdol Hamid, Rabia Muhammad

               (Supervisor: Dr. Mustahsan Mir)

               THIRD PRIZE: KUSTAR Team 1 

               Majed Al-Shamsi , Saeed Al-Ali, Faisal Al-Amiri

               (Supervisor: Prof. Saleh Al-Araji)

Certificates and awards were presented by Dr. Ali Al Qayedi, KUSTAR Manager - Sharjah Campus to all participants in recognition of their efforts and success.
