Undergraduate degrees at Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research (KUSTAR) are designed to equip graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge that are highly sought-after in today's job scenario.
COURSES OFFERED
There are currently three B.Eng. (Honours) degrees offered at KUSTAR:
• B.Eng. Communication Engineering
• B.Eng. Computer Engineering
• B.Eng. Electronic Engineering
In the near future KUSTAR aims to add undergraduate programs in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, Aerospace, Renewable/Sustainable Energy Engineering, Management & Logistics and Life Sciences

5 years (1 foundation year + 4-year degree program)
ACCREDITATION
Undergraduate degrees at KUSTAR are accredited by:
- Ministry of Higher Education, UAE
- IET - the official body in the United Kingdom for accrediting Electronic and related engineering qualifications. KUSTAR is also the only institution in the Arab world to earn this accreditation.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
For entry to the foundation year students must:
- Attain a minimum 80% marks in Secondary School Certificate
- Pass a written test in English, Mathematics and Physics
- Clear IELTS test with 5 points
- Pass all foundation year subjects
Students with outstanding results in Mathematics and Physics with a minimum 85% school average can enter the 4-year degree program directly, if they already meet the English requirements.
